PRESS ANNOUNCEMENT – PROJECT START

Oradea, 16.10.2020

1. SC Oradea Expres Hotel SRL, based in Romania, Bihor county, Oradea, 400 Borsului street,

telephone number: 0040 748 237 745, E-mail: camelialata@yahoo.com, is launching, starting with

October 15, 2020 the implementation of the “Improving IRIS hotel’s energy efficiency by using

local geothermal resources", project, co-financed within “Energy Programme in Romania” Calls for

Proposals, according to the Financing agreement number 2019/107151, concluded with Innovation

Norway as programme operator;

2. The total amount of the project is EUR 490,148.00, out of which the non-reimbursable financial

assistance shall not exceed the amount of EUR 294,000.00;

3. The project will be implemented in Romania, Bihor county, Oradea, 400 Borsului street;

4. Project implementation duration: the project shall be implemented by September 30, 2023.

5. The general objective of the project is to increase the energy efficiency level of the hotel, along

with promoting renewable energy production.
